PIONEER DILLENBACH FAMILY


 
 
1.  JOHANNES B. DILLENBACH was born 27 Jun 1764 in Stone Arabia,
Montgomery Co., NY.  He was more commonly called Baltus, perhaps from his
middle name.  In 1798 he moved to the Danube section of Herkimer County.  He
was a soldier in the War of 1812.  In later life he removed to Stone Mills,
Jefferson County, with some of his children.  He died 31 Mar 1842, and is 
buried in the Stone Mills Cemetery.
                            
He married 23 Nov 1784

SUSANNAH MOAK of Albany County.

10.  SOLOMON DILLENBACH was born, probably in Herkimer County, NY
1 Mar 1805 and died 28 Dec 1863.  He is buried with his wife in the Stone Mills
Cemetery.

He married 23 Nov 1829

AMY McMULLEN, who died 10 Feb 1859, aged 51 years, 1 month, 17 days.

Children, DILLENBACK:

   14    i   ADELIA DILLENBACK married ERWIN S. COLLINS

   15   ii   ALVAH DILLENBACK married EMILY McCOMBS                  
             Probably had son FREDERICK A. who married ELMA S. LINGENFELTER
