At the residence of her father on the main road 1 1/4 miles from this village, Saturday, March 13th at 2:30 a.m., LUCY, eldest daughter of CLINTON McCARN, age 24 years.
MRS. HARRISON CASWELL of Fulton gave a dinner at her home in Fulton on Sunday in honor of the 75th birthday of MRS. W. E. HURD and the 2d wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. CLYDE BRAY. Cakes were presented to both Mrs. Caswell and Mrs. Hurd, also many nice gifts. There were 14 guest present...
MRS. NATHAN MARSHALL was hostess at a showere held at her home on August 5 in honor of MRS. GERALD FLUCKIGER. Mrs. Fluckiger received many beautiful gifts and everyone had an enjoyable time....list of guests included.
LEWIS H. MILLS, postmaster at Carthage, NY fell dead in his store, the cause being heart disease. He was 62 years of age, and had always resided in the northern-central part of the state, where he had been a prominent figure in iron manufacturing and lumber interests, as well as an active Democratic politician.
