February 25, 1852, p. 2:

In Antwerp, on Wednesday, Feb. 18 inst., by Rev. C. B. Pond, Mr. JOHN BENTLEY, to Miss NANCY JANE STIMSON, all of Antwerp.

In Carthage, on the 18th inst., by Rev. E. Sawyer, MR. SLATER CROWENR, to Miss LORINDA STANNARD, both of Wilna.

Feb. 20th of consumption, at her residence, in Watertown, MRS. ELIZA SIMONS, wife of GEORGE B. SIMMONS, deceased in the 35th year of her age.

March 3, 1852, p. 4:

In this village, on the 19th inst., by the Rev. I. Brayton, DR. G. E. SLOAT, to Miss ADELIA RICHARDSON, all of Watertown.

In Brownville, on the 1st inst. CHARLES KNIGHT, son of GEO. I. KNIGHT, Esq., age 15 years. The funeral will take place on Wednesday, 3d at 2 o'clock p.m. At the house of Mr. Knight, and will proceed to the church and thence to the grave.

In Lowville, 21st inst. CHARLES BUSH, age 72 years. Mr. bush has been a resident of that town for nearly forty years. He was the last surviving son of MAJOR Z. BUSH, who emigrated to Turin from Westfield, Mass. In 1802.

In this village, on the morning of the 28th inst., CLARKE RICE, 2d, printer, son of RANDALL D. RICE, in the 21st year of his age. He died of consumption. (long obituary followed)

March 10, 1852, p. 1:

In this town on the 28th ult., JAMES PARKER JR., son of Mr. JAMES PARKER, age 9 years.

In LeRay, on the 1st inst., in the 68th year of her age, MRS. PERSES HOLBROOK, wife of Mr. IRA HOLBROOK of that town.

At Redwood, Jefferson Co., on Sunday morning, Feb. 29th, MRS. MARY R. SMITH, wife of M. HARRISON SMITH, in the 23d year of her age.

March 17, 1852, p. 2:

At the residence of his brother, Col. J. H. BOWEN, in Evans Mills, on the 20th inst., of inflammation of the brain and congestion of the lungs, after an illness of a few days, ALISON REMINGTON BOWEN, age 16 years.

April 7, 1852, p. 1:

At Theresa, on the eve of the 31st ult, MRS. MARY ANN, wife of ANSON RANNEY, Esq., in the 39th year of her age. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

April 14, 1852, p. 4:

In Brownville, March 20, WILLIAM HENRY ROBBINS, son of the late HOSEA ROBBINS, age 14 years.

At Sacketts Harbor, Saturday morning 2d inst., HELEN, daughter of J. C. DANN, of Sacketts Harbor, age about 9 years.

April 21, 1852, p. 2:

At Mexicoville, Oswego Co., on the 20th inst., by Rev. Mr. Eastman, Mr. GEO. M. CHAPMAN, of Oswego, to Miss MARY F. BLOOMFIELD, late Preceptress of the Brownville Seminary, and daughter of JAMES BLOOMFIELD, Esq., of the former place.

May 19, 1852, p. 1:

At the residence of Mr. John Giles, of this village, on Saturday the 8th inst., Mr. LYMAN J. POTTER, age 18 years.

Suddenly of hemorrhage of the lungs, on Tuesday morning May 11, at Bridgewater, Oneida Co., BENJAMIN RHODES, age 67, father-in-law of B. F. STILLMAN, Esq., of this village.

In Kingston, C.W., on the 13th inst., WILLIAM GARRATT, Esq., age 70 years and 10 months. Mr. Garratt was formerly a resident of Otsego Co., and at Kingston amassed a large fortune; he was the father of Mrs. R. G. Vaughn. Mr. Vaughn left this place with is family, on Monday last, to take up his residence at Kingston, and barely reached there in time to witness the death of his father-in-law, who had been in the enjoyment of his usual health, up to the time Mr. V., left here.

June 2, 1852, p. 4:

In Burrville, May 23, by E. Wakefield, Esq., Mr. JOHN KELSEY of Rutland, to MRS. BELINDA LUSK, of Watertown. Transcriber's note: additional notice cut out of this issue.

In this village, on the 29th of May, at the resident of his brother, Mr. GUSTAVUS A. WHITNEY, in the 24th year of his age, a victim of consumption.

In Green Bay, WI on Monday the 12th ult, after a short but severe illness, Mr. SAMUEL WINEGAR, age 33 years, 7 months and 12 days.

In this town on the 15th inst., by the Rev. Mr. Snyder, Mr. ELMER EVERETT, to Miss MARY JANE ADAMS, all of Watertown.

At Alexandria, on the 14th inst., by the Rev. A. DeBois, Mr. L. A. WALTON, to Miss HARRIET TRUESDELL.

At his residence in Rutland, on the 5th inst., if typhus fever, RUFUS HOWLAND, age 68 years, 8 months and 25 days. The deceased was one of the pioneers of the town, where he lived 49 years. He was born in Rhode Island, from whence he came to Saratoga Co., and at the age of 19 came to this county where he lived until his death. He had been married 44 years, and was at the time of his death the father of 2 children, all living at home or within a few miles. He was a member of the Baptist Church 45 years; he never had a death in his own family, his being the first.

In Brownville, on the 20th inst., BENEDIT ARNOLD, age about 50 years.

December 29, 1852, p. 1:

In this village, on Christmas Eve, by Rev. J. H. Stewart, Mr. EDWIN R. POLLARD, printer, to Miss CAROLINE A. TRIPP, all of Watertown.
