Through a linger sickness, she exemplified in a high degree the supporting nature of the religion she loved, and died in the full hope of a blessed immortality. A tribute to the memory of FANNY FREEMAN, suggested on seeing her husband stand beside her soon after her death, which occurred May 10th, 1851. (The tribute is a very long poem.)

ROBERT WELCH, of the firm of R. & A. Welch of this village and eldest son of ABRAHAM and MARY WELCH, died at Forest City, Tompkins Co., July 17, 1851 in the 32nd year of his age. He was born in England; brought to this country by his parents in 1880; was baptized in infancy; feared God from his childhood; was never known by his father or mother to tell a lie, or go counter to their commands.

FOLGER, the idol of the family, the ornament of the social circle, the useful citizen, the benefactor of the poor, the friend of man. Cut off in the midst of his years and his labors for the public good, his death will be generally and deeply deplored.

November 10th at Rome, Bradford, Co., PA, Miss CHARLOTTE M. SAWYER, age 21. She was the daughter of JOSEPH SAWYER, Esq., of Watertown, NY and the third daughter that has died out of that family in early life. (long obituary) Her remains were brought back for interment among those of her numerous kindred in the vicinity of Burville and her funeral was attended on the 14th inst., by a numerous and sympathizing auditory of her late friends and those of her family.
In Theresa on the 14th of Nov., ALMEDA, second daughter of CYRUS PARKER, in the 26th year of her age of consumption.
At Dexter on the morning of the 17th November, of aneurism of the pulmonary artery, JAMES BAILEY, son of HENRY BAILEY, in the 19th year of his age.

Her remains were brought to Brownville for the interment accompanied by her husband, her only son, and Marsellus Massey, Esq. Of New York City. Her funeral was attended on Saturday, the 30th at 1 p.m. At the house of Capt. STERLING in Brownville.
Mrs. JOHN E. BROWN was buried in the morning of the same day at Brownville.

In Sinclearville, on the morning of the 29th of September, GILBERT RICHMOND, M. D. in the 26th year of his age. Dr. Richmond was born in Brownville, on the 25th day of October, 1825. He came to the village of Sinclearville, in the fall of 1838 and commenced the study of medicine (long obituary)
