JAMES DECKER for many years a resident of Watertown, died at his residence, No. 48 Arsenal Street, in this city, Tuesday, in the 73d year of his age...The deceased was born in Saratoga County in the year 1808 and married in that county AZUBA ANN BETTS in 1827 who survives him. About that time, the deceased removed to the city of New York where for 20 years he was engaged in the wholesale jewelry trade...His health failing, Mr. Decker removed to Denmark, Lewis Co., where he remained until 1856 when he came to this city where he has since resided...Five children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Decker; JAMES H. DECKER who died in 1867; EMILA A., wife of Dr. H. G. P. SPENCER; VICTORIA E., wife of EDWIN R. WOOLEY and LEONARD W. DECKER. The funeral will take place Saturday at the residence on Arsenal Street.

Hough of the Congregational Church of Antwerp...Another pleasant feature of the occasion was the presence of both grandmothers of the bride, two aged ladies who wished their children God speed with all the fervor of youth...The groomsman was Mr. CLARENCE BANISTER of this city and the bridesmaid was Miss CORA CHAPIN, sister of the bride, The ushers were JAMES T. MRS. ELNORA MUNSELL, wife of JONATHAN MUNSELL, died yesterday, at the residence of her son-in-law, S. L. King, Esq., West Front Street, in her 92nd year. Mrs. Munsell has resided in Oswego for about ten years and leaves many friends to mourn her loss. She was the mother of F. B. MUNSELL, Esq., who is now Superintendent of Quarantine, in New York. Her funeral will be held from her son-in-law's residence tomorrow, Friday, afternoon, at 3 o'clock...The above notice is taken from the Oswego Times, of February 24th...Mr. Munsell purchased the farm and property now known as the Dr. Binnse place, in the year 1836, and moved with his family there and continued to reside in that city for a period of over 30 years. Some 15 years ago they removed to New Jersey and from there to Oswego where they lived at the time of her death. Mrs. Munsell was a wife, mother and kind neighbor...Mr. and Mrs. Munsell had lived together more than 65 years. Mr. Munsell at the age of 90 still enjoys good health...

WALRATH....He came to Jefferson Co., from Herkimer Co., 42 years ago and engaged in agricultural pursuits. About 14 years ago, he retired from business and made the village of Brownville his home...he was a member of the Methodist Church...
