In the name of god Amen
I David Taylor of the town of Rodman County of Jefferson and State of New York considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and of open mind and mercy blessed be almighty God for the same do make and publish this as my last will and testament in a manner and form following that is to say - first that all my funeral charges and expenses of my last illness to be paid out of my personal property.
Secondly I do also give and bequeath unto my my beloved wife Rosannah Taylor one third of my real estate and personal property during her natural life she is to enjoy the same it is also my will and direction to have the remainder ^divided^ equally among my children as follows
first to my son David one tenth part.
2nd Gilbert one tenth part
3rdStephen one tenth part
4th George one tenth part
5th Ralph one tenth part
To my girls first Sarah Elmers children one tenth part
2nd one tenth to my daughter Lucy Buslers children
3rd Rachell one tenth part
4th Hannah Gibbs children one tenth part
5th Anna Deweys children one tenth part and I do hereby appoint Jesse Coleman and Calvin Hill Executors of this my last will and
testament in witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal this 30th day of July 1833
