BENJAMIN MONTAGUE of Marysville, California, all of full age and children of BETSEY, a deceased daughter of Amasa Hungerford
SAMUEL H. DAVIS of Adams, NY, a minor child of ABIGAIL, a deceased daughter of AMASA, deceased with no general guardian
BETSEY HUNGERFORD of Henderson, of full age, is the widow of the deceased Amasa.
AMASA HUNGERFORD named his grandson, BENJAMIN MONTAGUE. Named his granddaughter, LUCY FALES. Named his son, SAMUEL HUNGERFORD. Named his grandson, SAMUEL H. DAVIS. Named his daughter, SALLY P. SMITH. Named his son, PHILO HUNGERFORD. Named his wife, BETSEY. Named his son, BENJAMIN HUNGERFORD. Appointed his two sons, PHILO and BENJAMIN HUNGERFORD as executors.
