GEORGE MEMBERY of Hounsfield of full age, a son of GEORGE MEMBERY, deceased and a grandson of testator.
AMOS MEMBERY named his son, GILES MEMBERY. Described a 200 acre farm in Canada which was described in a deed given to Amos by James Membery. After Giles deceased, farm to be divided equally between the sons of Giles then living. Named his daughter, ELIZABETH MARSH. Named his grandson, WALTER MEMBERY GEORGE. Named his daughter, SARAH MARSH. Named his daughter, JANE TURNER. Mentioned as an heir, SOPHIA PARKER, to receive $21 per year during her natural life. Named his son, JAMES MEMBERY and SOPHIA PARKER to divide equally a mortgage that was held in Hounsfield. Appointed his son, Giles Membery of Adolphustown executor jointly with Elizabeth Marsh of Hounsfield, as executrix. He gave two mortgages that he held in Earnestown (Canada) on John C. Clark in the amount of 75 pounds and the other on Richard Baker, in the amount of 50 pounds, and should the five hundred dollars exceed the expenses he gave the surplus equally between them for their time and labor in accomplishing their office. Will dated 2 February 1855.
