In the matter of the estate of CALVIN CLARK of Ellisburgh, Jefferson Co., NY:
On 30 November 1842, PRISCILLA CLARK of Ellisburgh, petitioned to open probate o the estate and she had been named executrix of the will.
Heirs/next of kin:
PRISCILLA CLARK, his widow
WILLIAM CLARK, all minors having no general guardian, residents of Ellisburgh
WILL OF CALVIN CLARK
HON. CALVIN CLARK named his half-brother JAMES CLARK. Named his eldest son, HENRY CLARK when 21 years of age. Named his daughters: DELIA CLARK, ABBY CLARK, RUTH CLARK, when 21. Named his wife, PRISCILLA and gave her his wearing apparel and all household furniture which was hers at the time of their marriage. Named his eldest son, HENRY and guardian WILLIAM T. SEARLS. All children except Henry, to be in custody of wife, Priscilla. Named sons, GEORGE CLARK and WILLIAM CLARK. Named Priscilla as executrix of the will. Will dated 1 September 1842. /s/ Calvin Clark
