On 1 September 1845, JONAS W. FISH of Ellisburg, petitioned to open probate and stated that Calvin had lately died and left a will and appointed Jonas W. Fish and ROSWELL KINNEY as executors.

CALVIN FISH named his oldest son, JONAS W. FISH. Named his second son, LYMAN FISH. Named CHARLES FINN and ELIZA FINN, children of daughter Catherine, now deceased. Named his daughter, MELVINA FISH. Named his daughter, SARAH ANN FISH. Named his son, HENRY C. FISH when 21 years of age; he was to live with Jonas until 21. He appointed Jonas W. Fish and ROSWELL KINNEY as executors. Will dated 14 July 1845. /s/ Calvin Fish.
