CASPER J. LIEB named daughter NANCY, commonly called in German, Anna, wife of WILLIAM J. ENDERZ, a certain piece of land conveyed to WILLIAM I. ENDERZ by Vincent LeRay de Chaumont on 7 March 1838, but now in trust and to and for the sole use and benefit of the above-named Casper J. Lieb. Farm situated on Point Peninsula in the town of Lyme. Named his daughter PEGGY, commonly called in German, Kritgha, wife of JONAS ELWOOD of Manhard, Herkimer Co., NY. Named his daughter, MARY, commonly called in German, Maria, wife of ADAM W. WALRATH. Mentioned his last wife, ELIZABETH. Named his friend, NICHOLAS SAWYER and son-in-law, ADAM W. WALRATH as executors. Will dated 9 March 1839. /s/ Casper J. Lieb
