HIRAM TAYLOR as executor named in her will, petitioned to open probate on 4 January 1832.

WILL OF CATHARINE INGALDAWE
CATHARINE INGALDAWE named PETER HAGEDORN of Ellisburgh to receive a parcel of land from a deed executed by ALFRED THOMPSON and BETSEY, his wife to FRANCIS INGALDAWE, bearing date of 28 Dec. 1816. The parcel contained 51 acres and Peter Hagadone was to use and occupy the land until FRANCIS TOWSLEY, son of ICHABOD reached 21 and if he did not reach said age, then the second son of Ichabod, THOMAS, when 21 would receive it. And if he did not survive to 21, then the third son. ICHABOD, of ICHABOD, would receive it at 21 years. Francis Towsley would reach 21 years in 1837. Named ICHABOD S. TOWSLEY SR. was not directly or indirectly to have any benefit of in or from the property. She bequeathed to NANCY TOWSLEY wife of ICHABOD S. TOWSLEY all of her apparel. To NANCY TOWSLEY, daughter of ICHABOD S. TOWSLEY the avails of her potash kettle. Balance of estate to FRANCIS TOWSLEY when he became of lawful age. Will dated 23 May 1823. /s/ Catharine X Ingaldawe
