CHARLOTTE BAILEY named her brother-in-law, SOLON MASSEY as Executor of the will. Named her father, SETH BAILEY. Named her mother, REBECCA BAILEY. Named her brothers and sisters: SETH BAILEY; ISRAEL L. BAILEY; WILLIAM H. BAILEY; ANDREW E. S. BAILEY; ISAAC BAILEY; ISAIAH L. BAILEY; REBECCA MASTERS; ESTHER RICE; ALTHEA MASSEY; PAMELIA WOODRUFF; MELINDA BALL; MERANDA T. HICKS. Named the American Board of Commissions for Foreign Missions; American Education Society, christian friend, HORACE HUNT. Will dated 1 May 1841. /s/ Charlotte Bailey

Since her will was made, her brother WILLIAM H. BAILEY had deceased; and her father, SETH BAILEY by his extreme dotage and depridation of his mental faculties had become incapable of appreciating his legacy, she directed that the legacy of William be given to the American Bible Society. The legacy of her father was to be given to her mother, Rebecca Bailey. Bequeathed to her sister, Alathea Massey in addition to the aforesaid various personal items. Bequeathed to her brother, P. LOOMIS BAILEY, her watch. Codicil dated 18 July 1843. /s/ Charlotte Bailey
