On 3 August 1866, MARY MACK and LEVI MILL of Antwerp, petitioned to open probate on the estate and stated that Charmis had left a will.

HARVEY MACK, all of Antwerp, NY
WILLIAM MACK of Waupun, Wisconsin
POLLY BEAMAN of Lebuff, Pennsylvania
DAUPHIN MACK of Minnesota Lake, Minnesota, all of full age and children of Charmis Mack, deceased.
WILL OF CHARMIS MACK
CHARMIS MACK named his wife, MARY MACK, his house and lot in Antwerp and after her decease to be equally divided between his legal heirs. Named FLORANCE FULLER. He appointed MARY MACK and LEVI MILLER as executors. Will dated 28 July 1866. /s/ Charmis Mack
Witnesses: JAMES WHITE and LATON BENTLEY both of Antwerp, NY

NOTE: Charmis Mack was born 6 March 1795 in Lyme Township, New London, CT, son of Ebenezer and Polly Huntley Harvey Mack. His siblings: Chabris b 5 Nov. 1797; Polly, Esther, Salmon and Cornelius.
