On 14 April 1851, BENJAMIN SHIMELL of Pamelia petitioned to open probate and he was a legatee and ABRAHAM SHIMMELL and DANIEL AUGSBURY were the executors.

RACHEL COLE, wife of IRA COLE of Hermon, Dodge Co., Wisconsin

CONRAD SHIMMEL named his sons: NICHOLAS, JOHN, ABRAHAM, CONRAD, JACOB, RICHARD and ISAAC. Named his daughters: MARY, RACHEL, BETSEY and CATY. Named his son, BENJAMIN. Named his beloved granddaughter, NANCY SHIMMEL, daughter of BENJAMIN SHIMMEL. Appointed his son, ABRAHAM SHIMMEL and son-in-law, DANIEL AUGSBURY, as executors of his will.
