CURTISS G. BROOKS named his wife, ALAVICA; his son, ANSON C. BROOKS, when 21 years. Daughter, NANCY, wife of ASAHEL T. PARMELE; daughter, AMY, wife of CHARLES SMITH; daughter MINERVA; daughter ALICE when 21 or at marriage. Daughter, LOVISA when 21. Unmarried children who married before 21 years of age were to get their inheritance upon the day of their wedding. His friend, M. KIMBALL named as executor and wife, ALVICA BROOKS as executrix.
