PHILETUS SWIFT TAYLOR, petitioner, all children of the deceased and of full age.
CYRUS TAYLOR made his will at 71 years. He named his wife, BETSEY. Named his daughters, CAROLINE, MIRANDA, ANGELINE and AMANDA MALVINA. Named his son, PHILETUS SWIFT TAYLOR. Appointed wife, Betsey, and son, Philetus, as executors of the will. Will dated 26 March 1856.
