LUCY RICE, JANE RICE and BREWSTER RICE, minors having no general guardian of Plover, Wisconsin, all children of DANIEL RICE, JR., deceased, who was a son of the said DANIEL RICE, deceased.

WILL OF DANIEL RICE:

DANIEL RICE made his will at age 75. He named his son, TRUMAN RICE He named his other five children - sons, LEANDER RICE, HARLOW RICE, DANIEL RICE, JR. CORNELIUS RICE. Named his daughter: LYDIA PRICHARD. Appointed ALBERT RICE of Clayton as executor.
Will dated 18 May, 1851. /s/ Daniel Rice.
Witnesses: Geo. A. Bagley and B. Bagley of Watertown, NY.
CODICIL: 24 February 1853 - mentions other children but not by name.
Witnesses: B. Bagley and Chas. D. Wright, both of Pamelia.
Will proved: 5 Sept. 1859.
