ADELIA SPRAKER, daughter of LANA SPRAKER, deceased, and granddaughter of said testator, a minor having no general guardian in LeRay
DAVID OGSBURY made his will at age 67. Named his daughters: PEGGY SPRAKER, SUSAN SPRAKER, TINA TAYLOR, BETSEY VINCENT, MATILDA SPRAKER, NANCY FLANDERS and his granddaughter, the child of his deceased daughter LANY SPRAKER. Gave his personal estate to the three youngest children of EVE DUSLER, his housekeeper, to wit: DIANA, a daughter; SAMPSON, a son, and EDWARD, a son. He appointed Eve Dusler as a trustee for her said children. Appointed SILVESTER COLE as executor of the will. Will dated 12 February 1855.
