In the matter of the estate of DAVID TYLER of Rutland, Jeff. Co., NY: On 3 October 1855, CELESTIA HOPKINS and HENRY HOPKINS (her husband), and CHLOE TYLER of Rutland petitioned to open probate.
CHLOE TYLER, widow of the deceased.
DAVID TYLER named his son-in-law, HENRY HOPKINS. Named his daughter, CELESTIA HOPKINS, wife of HENRY HOPKINS. Named his grandson, CHARLES HOPKINS. Named his wife, CHLOE TYLER. Appointed his wife, Chloe Tyler, as executrix and his son-in-law, Henry Hopkins, as executor of the will. Will dated 10 June 1850.
