On 1 July 1844, ELIZABETH HOLL of Brownville, petitioned to open probate and had appointed her and JAMES P. HUNT as executors of the will.

EBENEZER HOLL named his wife, ELIZABETH HOLL. CHARITY SOUTHARD to be supported out of the property of wife, Elizabeth If she outlives him, then ELIZABETH CRONKHITE and PHEBE, (her sister), both daughters of JACOB HOLL, deceased. Named Elizabeth Holl and James P. Hunt as executors. Will dated 25 January 1841. /s/ Ebenezer Holl
Witnesses: JOHN K. ADAMS and C. K. LOOMIS both of Brownsville, NY
