Mary Clark and Timothy Kidder were minors having no general guardian in the state.

ELIAS CLARK named his oldest daughter, BETSEY WARE, who was a widow. Named his two daughters, SARAH CLARK and MARY CLARK. TIMOTHY KIDDER, a boy living with him. Named his children: LOVEL CLARK and HOLLAND B. CLARK, GILBERT CLARK, ELIAS CLARK, JR., TABOR W. CLARK, BENJAMEN CLARK, BETSEY WARE, ANGELINE STARKS, EMELINE GLASS, TAMAR GOULDTHRITE, SARAH CLARK and MARY CLARK. He appointed LOVEL CLARK as sole executor. Will dated 21 March 1851. /s/ Elias Clark
