ELIZABETH SMITH named JOHN B. SOUTHARD of Hounsfield. Named her sister, CHARITY PERRY of Oswego County, NY. After Charity's decease, the house and lot to JOHN, CHARLES and CORNELIUS SCAMMAHORN, children of my sister, HETTA SCAMMAHORN of Schenectady County, NY, and HENRY, MARGARET and JOHN PERRY of Oswego Co., NY, heirs of sister, Charity Perry, her sister.
