DUANE LEWELLAN WHITNEY, minors having no general guardian, of Philadelphia, children of the testator.
BETSEY WHITNEY, of full age, widow of testator.
ERASTUS WHITNEY named his wife, BETSEY. Named his sons, WILLIAM MARCELLUS WHITNEY and SEYMOUR MURRAY WHITNEY hold the residue of his estate. And they were to pay his several children: MARIA HELLEN WHITNEY, HARRIET MARIA WHITNEY, ANN ELIZA WHITNEY, GEORGE ERASTUS WHITNEY and DUANE LEWELLAN WHITNEY. Named wife, BETSEY WHITNEY, and sons, WILLIAM MARCELLUS WHITNEY and SEYMOUR MURRAY WHITNEY, as executors of his will. Will dated 12 October 1854.
