On 1 May 1843, GEORGE HOVEY of Lee, Oneida Co., NY, an heir at law, petitioned to open probate and stated that Ezra had lately died and left a will. Ezra appointed URANIA HOVEY, his widow, executrix.

He named his daughter, RACHAEL. He named his daughter, ABBY. Named his daughter, HELEN. He named wife, URANIA, as sole executrix. Will dated: 27 April 1840. /s/ Ezra Hovey.
