In the matter of the estate of EZRA PERRY of Adams, Jefferson Co., NY:
RHODA PERRY, widow of Ezra Perry, petitioned to open probate and stated that Ezra had deceased on 17 June 1832 and had made a will naming her as executrix. Dated 24 December 1832
Heirs/next of kin named in the petition to open probate:
DESIRE WENTWORTH, wife of NATHAN WENTWORTH
ARRA OATMAN, wife of FREMAN OATMAN
ROZINA PERRY, a minor under 21, for whom petitioner was appointed guardian.
By 14 January 1833, widow Rhoda had become MRS. RHODA BARNARD, wife of EDWARD BARNARD and still the executrix of Ezra Perry's estate.
Rhoda Perry, by her attorney C. Skinner, sent a notice to the following persons for the reading of the will: Allen Perry, Vina Perry, Truman Oatman and Arra his wife, Justus Perry, Norris Perry, Nathan Wentworth and Desire his wife, Ezra Perry and guardian of Rosina Perry, heirs of Ezra Perry.

EZRA PERRY named daughter, ROSINA PERRY. To RUTH BALDWIN. To DESIRE WENTWORTH, his daughter, who married NATHAN WENTWORTH. To son, ALLEN PERRY. To daughter VINA PERRY. To son, JUSTUS PERRY. To son, EZRA PERRY. To daughter ORRA OATMAN. And to wife, RHODA PERRY. Dated August 1829. /s/ ____

NOTE: Witnesses thought Ezra Perry was 60-70 years old when he made his will.
Ezra died 17 March 1832 at 72 years and buried Honeyville Cemetery. He was a Revolutionary War veteran.
