who are grandchildren of the deceased and children of ABBY C. EARL, a deceased daughter of of the testator.
ABBY L. EARL, also a daughter of said ABBY C. EARL deceased of Ellisburgh

MARY O. ADAMS, grandchildren of the deceased and children of CATHARINE E. ADAMS, a deceased daughter of the testator, who are minors with no general guardian
ELIZABETH MYERS, petitioner, widow of the deceased of full age.
HENRY H. J. MYERS named his wife, ELIZABETH. Directed his executors to purchase a large family Bible, worth ten dollars, to be given to his daughter, MARGARET J. PALMER. Left in trust a sum for his granddaughter, ABBEY L. EARL. Named his daughters: MARY R. FISK, ARIMINTA KIRTLAND. Named his granddaughter, ELIZABETH EARL and her brother, MATHEW M. EARL. Named MARGARET ELLA ADAMS, GEORGE M. ADAMS and MARY OPHELIA ADAMS, children of his deceased daughter, CATHARINE E. ADAMS. He named ELIZABETH EARL, ABBEY L. EARL and MATHEW M. EARL, children of his deceased daughter, ABBEY EARL. He appointed WILLIAM WODELL of Ellisburgh, Jeff. Co., and ELOM DOWNER of Ellisburgh as executors.

HENRY MYERS had disposed of a farm in his will to wife, Elizabeth. However, the farm had been sold for $7,000 which money was to go to wife, Elizabeth.
