JACOB A. KILTS named his wife, MARY ANN, in lieu of dower and after her death estate to be divided equally among his heirs: son, PHILANDER. Named son, EDWARD. Named daughter, DELIA. Named son, VICTOR. Named daughter JULIA. Named son, MARTIN. Named daughters: MARILLA and EMILY, when 21. Named sons, DEBOLT B. and JESSEE when 21 years. Named his son, EDWIN. Appointed son PHILANDER and JOHN KILTS as executors. Will dated 12 October 1852.
