DANIEL T. RIGGS and FRANCIS M. RIGGS, children of the deceased and JOSEPHINE ROUNDS, a granddaughter all of Brownville, minors having no general guardian.
PAMELIA RIGGS of Brownville, of full age, widow of the said JAMES RIGGS, deceased
JAMES RIGGS named his wife, PAMELIA RIGGS. He appointed his wife as sole executrix of the will. Will dated 21 June 1856.
