JOHN FEE of Lorraine, Jefferson Co., petitioned to open probate on the estate and stated that Jane had deceased on 11 April 1875 and had left a will. Petition dated 4 June 1875.

HARRIET FEE, and JANE PEDDOCK, and all of Lorraine, Jefferson Co.
FANNY DUNN of White Creek, Adams Co., Wisconsin
WILLIAM FEE of Waverly, Brember Co., Iowa, children of the deceased and all of full age.
JUNA NICHOLS of Worth
LOUISA M. BISHOP and MARY NICHOLS and ELLEN NICHOLS of Lorraine, Jefferson Co., children of ESTHER NICHOLS, a deceased daughter of Jane Fee, of whom Harriet and Louisa are of full age and the others all over 14 years of age, having no general guardian in the state of New York.

JANE FEE named her daughter, HARRIETT, real estate in Lorraine formerly owned by her husband who was deceased. Named her daughter, FANNY DUNN. The rest of her children: JOHN, JAMES, WILLIAM, MARY ANN, HARRIETT, JANE, ELIZA. Named grandson, JUNA NICHOLAS. She appointed her son, JOHN FEE, as executor. Will dated: 2 February 1873. /s/ Jane Fee
