In the matter of the estate of JOHN FEYEL of Alexandria, Jefferson Co., NY:

On 3 March 1841, ALEXANDER COOPER and MARGARET FEYEL of Alexandria, petitioned to open probate on the estate, stating that John had deceased and left a will.

Heirs/next of kin:
MARGARET FEYEL, widow and petitioner of Alexandria
WILLIAM FEYEL
JOSEPH FEYEL
JOHN FEYEL
SOPHIA FEYEL
EDWARD FEYEL, minors under 21 years of age and having no general guardian.

WILL OF JOHN FEYEL

JOHN FEYEL named his eldest sons, WILLIAM, JOSEPH and JOHN. Named his daughter, SOPHIA LOUISA when 21. Named his youngest son, EDWARD, when 21. William, Joseph and John to inherit when 21 years of age. He appointed wife, MARGARET and ALEXANDER COOPER as executors.
