Petition to open probate was brought by JOHN GEORGE JUNIOR on 20 June 1830. John George, Jr. was a devisee in the will. John Jr. stated that his father had deceased on 12 May 1833.

JOHN GEORGE named his son, JOHN GEORGE JR., to receive land in the Town of Lorraine. He named his wife, ABIGAIL GEORGE; grandsons-JOHN PIERCE and ALFRED PIERCE. Will dated 20 July 1829. /s/ John George. Witnesses: JOHN ROYDEN and ETHNI WARRINER and LEVI W. CHATTIN
