EGBERT TENEYCK petitioned to open probate, as named executor.

WILL OF JOHN WOODBERRY

JOHN WOODBERY desired to be decently buried in the village burying ground. Named infant children of his sister, POLLY, of Hamilton, in the county of Essex, Massachusetts, but not by name. Appointed EGBERT TENEYCK of Watertown as executor of his estate. Will dated: 2 Feb. 1833. /s/ John Woodberry.
Witnesses: MOSES BACON and MARINUS W. GILBERT of Watertown, NY
Will proved: 1 April 1833.

NOTE: A marriage between Polly Woodberry of Hamilton, Essex Co., MA and Oliver Whipple Jr. occurred on 6 Jan. 1822.
