On 5 January 1860, TIMOTHY T. TURNER of Watertown, petitioned to open probate.
HEIRS/NEXT OF KIN:

HARRIET M. TURNER, both children of the deceas and both minors residing in Watertown with no general guardian
TIMOTHY T. TURNER, petitioner, of full age was husband of the deceased at the time of her death.
LOUISA TURNER mentioned that she was due $1,000 from her father's estate, and to her son JOHN M. TURNER and her daughter, HARRIET M. TURNER. Mentions silver spoons that were in the possession of her mother, to daughter, HARRIET. Named her husband TIMOTHY T. TURNER and friend, NORVILLE E. DOUGLAS. Appointed husband, TIMOTHY. T. TURNER, and friend NORVILLE E. DOUGLAS, and her sister, JULIA A. WILCOX, as executors.
Will dated 9 December 1859. /s/ Louisa G. Turner
Witnesses: Fred Emerson and Delia M. Williams, both of Watertown, NY.
Will proved: 6 January 1860.
