JOHN EDDY, son of ELIZABETH EDDY, deceased, a sister of the testator, of Rutland, NY
FRANKLIN GALE of Zanesville, Ohio, a son of Mrs. Gale, deceased, a sister of the testator

The following children of THOMAS SCOTT, deceased, a brother of the testator: THOMAS SCOTT, ELMIRA MIDDLETON, wife of WILLIAM MIDDLETON, LOUISA SCOTT of Rutland, WALDO SCOTT of Michigan and GEORGE SCOTT whose place of residence is unknown.

MARY LANE made her will at age 67 years. Named her son, PALMER SCOTT to receive money and goods as well as all right, title and interest in her right of dowry in the estate of ASA SCOTT of the Town of Grafton, Worcester, Massachusetts.
