Petition to open probate brought by JAMES JONES of Pamelia and stated that Mary Salisbury died at her residence in Pamelia on 19 January 1850.

SUSAN ABBY wife of one ___ABBY whose place of residence not known
HORACE SALISBURY residing somewhere in Upper Canada
LEONARD D. SALISBURY residing somewhere in Illinois
LANA ANN ABBY, wife of SHADROCK ABBEY residing somewhere in Upper Canada
NANCY GARLOCK and BENJAMIN GARLOCK, heirs of BETTY GARLOCK, deceased residing in the Town of Danube in Herkimer Co., NY.
NANCY and BENJAMIN GARLOCK are minors and James Jones asked to be named as their guardian.
Petition dated 22 January 1850.

WILL OF MARY SALISBURY
MARY SALISBURY of Pamelia stated that she was 79 years old when making her will. She named her daughter, CATHARINE HOOVER; daughter, SUSAN; sons, HORACE SALISBURY and LEONARD L. SALISBURY in connection with my daughters LANA ANN ABBEY and CATHERINE HOOVER, who is also in connection with my grand daughter NANCY GARLOCK and grandson BENJAMEN GARLOCK, representatives of my daughter WEALTHY GARLOCK deceased. She ordered the respective shares of HORACE and LEONARD D., LANA ANN and CATHARINE be paid to each of them or their representatives as soon as her real estate can be made available. She appointed James Jones as executor and gave him all of her real estate.
