NANCY GARLOCK and BENJAMIN GARLOCK, heirs of WELTHY GARLOCK, deceased, of Danube, Herkimer Co., NY, minors having no general guardian.
WILL OF MARY SALISBURY
MARY SALISBURY at the age of 79 years, made her will. She named her daughter, CATHARINE HOOVER. Named her daughter, SUSAN. Named her sons, HORACE SALISBURY, and LEONARD L. SALISBURY in connection with her daughters, LANA ANN ABBEY and CATHARINE HOOVER and in connection with her granddaughter, NANCY GARLOCK and grandson, BENJAMIN GARLOCK, representatives of daughter WELTHY GARLOCK, deceased. Appointed James Jones as executor of the will and awarded him a bequest. Named ABRAHAM M. HARGER and PETER SLACK, friends of Pamelia, to determine any disputed outcomes of the will.
