MALINDA KEELAR, wife of WILLIAM C. KEELAR and ALANSON R. FLYNT of Erie, Pennsylvania
ADAM R. FLYNT of Wabash, Wabash Co., Indiana
WILLIAM R. FLYNT who is not a resident of the state and whose residence is unknown,
all children of said Testator and of full age.
GEORGE W. FLYNT and GILES FLYNT of Rodman, Jeff. Co., NY infants, grandchildren of said Testator and children of RUSSEL FLYNT, deceased, who was a son of said Testator.
CHARLES CHEEVER, MALINDA CHEEVER, WILLIAM A. CHEEVER and EZEKIEL CHEEVER of Prairie, Kosciusko Co., Indiana. MARY ANN CHEEVER somewhere in Iowa. RALPH C. CHEEVER ___ of Kansas, grandchildren of said Testatrix and children of MARY O. CHEEVER, a deceased daughter all of full age except Ralph C. Cheever who is an infant. The Petition to open the estate was brought by CYRENUS C. FLYNT, son of the deceased.
WILL OF MELINDA FLYNT
Melinda Flynt of the Town of Rodman, Jefferson Co., of the age of 70 years...gives to son, CYRENUS C. FLYNT, all of her estate but he shall pay to daughters: MARTHA LYON, MELINDA KEELAR, MARY ANN DYER and MARICA COLE, certain sums of money. will dated 23 June 1854 /s/ Melinda Flynt

NOTE: In the 1850 census of Prairie, Kosciusko County, IN, all of her adult grandchildren residing in different households spelled their surname CHEEVERS rather than CHEEVER.
