WILL OF MERIT SPERRY

MERIT SPERRY appointed his wife, CAROLINE, as executor and sons-in-law, SYLVESTER WALRATH and ALBERT G. SAWYER both of Clayton, as co-executors. Named his two daughters, LUCRETIA and RHODA, when they marry or get settled in life. Named his two daughters, GRACE WALRATH and ANN SAWYER. Named his son, HART MURY when of age. Named other three sons: CHARLES BRADLEY, SCHUYLER and DELAVAN. Will dated 18 January 1857.
