No Petition to open the probate was included with the will.
WILL OF MICHAEL MICK
MICHAEL MICK named his wife, MARY, and gave her property that led from Wilna on the road leading from the Village of Carthage to Alexandria. He also left property in Washington Township, Burlington Co., New Jersey which was occupied by ISRAEL MICK. After Mary's death, the property was to go to his second son, ISRAEL MICK. He left land in the city of Philadelphia. Mary Mick was appointed sole executrix of the probate. Will dated 19 March 1830. /s/ Michael Mick

After a review of his will, MICHAEL MICK made a codicil in which he stated that he had entirely omitted to give his oldest son, MICHAEL, anything in the will. He made provision for a sum of money to be given to Michael Jr.
Witnesses to the Codicil were: JOSEPH C. BUDD and ELI WEST.
Will proved 8 November 1830.
