LEONARD RALPH of Green Bay, Wisconsin
That Josephine B. Ralph was a minor having no general guardian
WILL OF MILES RALPH
MILES RALPH named his son, ALPHEUS P. RALPH. Named his son, GEORGE W. RALPH. Named his son, RICHARD RALPH. Named his daughter, HARRIET, wife of JAMES SMITH. Named his wife, POLLY. Named his son, ALBERT R. Named ORVILLE V. BRAINARD of Watertown in trust for his (Miles') son MARQUIS L. L. F. RALPH but no portion of the same to be applied to the support of FRANCES FLEMMING, who claims to be his wife or to the payment of any debts contracted by or for her and when his son shall be wholly free from that woman and her debts and shall have arrived at the age of thirty-five years, then the said property and estate shall be and become absolutely his and his representatives. Named his children: OMER RALPH, LEONARD RALPH, MARY RALPH, ADELINE RALPH and JOSEPHINE B. RALPH to divide equally $14,000. Except Marquis and that equal part which would fall to him in an equal division he gave to ORVILLE V. BRAINARD as trustee for Marquis. Appointed ORVILLE V. BRAINARD as sole executor. In the event that his son, Marquis, never coming into possession of the estate that was bequeathed to the executor for him and bearing heirs of his body. I direct and bequeath that estate to them if without heirs, the whole to be equally divided amongst the remainder of my children in the will named. Will dated 10 October 1846. /s/ Miles Ralph
