NANCY GOTHAM named her daughter, MRS. DEBORAH F. GEFFORD. Mentioned a mortgage against JOHN E. GOTHAM, then deceased bearing date of 16 June 1851. Named her son JENERY T. GOTHAM to receive real estate of the estate of JOHN E. GOTHAM, who was deceased. Named her son, PELATIAH P. GOTHAM. Named her granddaughter, NANCY GEFFORD. Named SUSAN GEFFORD, her granddaughter. Named granddaughter, CORNELIA GEFFORD. Named her children: DEBORAH F., JENERY T. and PELATIAH P. and their property from the estate of JOHN E. GOTHAM, deceased. Annuity from mortgages in the estate to be applied to funeral expenses and for erecting suitable tombstones for herself and her son, JOHN E. GOTHAM, if his wife failed to erect the same for him. Residue of estate to daughter, DEBORAH F. GEFFORD. Appointed JEDEDIAH WINSLOW as sole executor. Will dated 13 February 1853.
