Deceased left no widow or father surviving.
ORVILLE DAY named MARION J. DARROW. Named BETSEY CASTLER. Named his brothers: RUBEN DAY, RUFUS DAY, OTIS DAY and RUSSELL DAY and his sister, MARY STEPHENS.
Appointed RUFUS DAY as executor. Will dated 12 February 1859.
