In the matter of the estate of PATRICK WALLACE of Sacketts Harbor, Jefferson Co., NY:
SAMUEL BOYDEN and FLEMING HALL petitioned to open the probate and stated that Patrick Wallace had left a will and had appointed Samuel Boyden, Fleming Hall and JOSHUA EATON of Sacketts Harbor as executors. Petition dated 19 July 1848.

ANIE ERVINE and her husband, JAMES ERVINE of Rochester, Monroe Co., NY
MARGARET EARL, now MARGARET McARTHUR of Oswego, NY

PATRICK WALLACE of Sacketts Harbor, at age 58 years, named his nephew, PATRICK WALLACE 2nd of Rochester, NY, and left him the farm at Hounsfield. If Patrick 2nd should die, then the farm to go to niece ANN ERVINE and her husband, JAMES ERVINE. He left Ann and James his house and lot in Sacketts Harbor. He named MARGARET EARL, daughter of SANFORD EARL of Sacketts Harbor and gave her household items. He named Samuel Boyden, Fleming Hall and Joshua Eaton as Exeuctors. Will dated 23 June 1848. /s/ Patrick Wallace
