In the matter of the estate of PHILANA LITTLEFIELD of Ellisburgh, Jefferson Co., NY:

On 28 August 1849, JOTHAM LITTLEFIELD of Ellisburgh petitioned to open probate and that he had been named as executor of the will.

CHESTER KENDRICK LITTLEFIEDL only child of the deceased of Ellisburgh, a minor JOTHUM BIGELOW of Ellisburgh is the general guardian of the said minor.

PHILANA LITTLEFIELD as the widow of the late deacon WILLARD LITTLEFIELD of Ellisburgh, named her only son, CHESTER KENDRICK LITTLEFIELD. Mentioned heirs of JOEL LITTLEFIELD but not by name. Mentioned the heirs of JOSIAH LITTLEFIELD but not by name. Mentioned the heirs of JESSEE NOYSE but not by name. Named MRS. PHILLOMON STACY. Named Dea. JOTHAM LITTLEFIELD. Named MRS. JOHN COOK. Named CYRUS LITTLEFIELD. Gave all right and title in her father's estate to her two sisters: MARANDA GORE and PERMELIA LITTLFIELD II. Named her niece, SALLY PERCE. Named JOTHAM LITTLEFIELD sole executor. Will dated 26 April 1849. /s/ Philana Littlefield.
