WILL OF POLLY PATTERSON
POLLY PATTERSON of Orleans, Jefferson Co., NY, at the age of 71 years gives to sister, SYLVIA PATTERSON, a parcel of land in Orleans. A complete legal description of the property is given and then she noted that the land was owned and held by her and her brother, JONAH PATTERSON, jointly by virtue of a deed from JOHN LA FARGE and his wife, dated 26 April 1836 and recorded in the Clerk Office of Jefferson County on 25 March 1837.Remainder of estate to sister, SYLVIA PATTERSON, who was also appointed her executrix of the will.
