NANCY HOWARD, only children of THOMAS HOWARD, deceased, and grandchildren of the testator; infants under 21 year with no general guardian, resided at Henderson, NY
No widow survived the deceased.
PONTIUS HOWARD made his will at the age of 90 years. Named LOVINA COOK, formerly widow of his son, THOMAS HOWARD. Named SARAH M. HOWARD and NANCY R. HOWARD, daughters of the said LOVINA COOK and his grandchildren. Named HENRY COOK, husband of LOVINA. Residue of estate to LOVINA COOK, HENRY COOK, and his sons: WILLIAM HOWARD and CHAUNCEY HOWARD and JAMES HOWARD. Named his daughter, SARAH LYMAN. Appointed WM. P. SMITH as sole executor. Will dated 19 April 1852.
