In the matter of the estate of PRUDENCE HODGE of Brownville, Jeff. Co., NY:
TIMOTHY SOPER, a resident of Lyme, deposed and stated that Prudence Hodge was deceased and a pensioner of the United States at the rate of ninety-six dollars per annum. She died in the Town of Brownville on the 6th day of August 1851 and was the widow of ABRAHAM HODGE.
She left two children who were her only surviving children and each of them was over age 21:
ANNA HODGE, wife of SOLOMON HODGE of Rochester, NY and MERIT HODGE of Brownville, NY.
Sworn to on 7 October 1851 by Timothy Soper.
