SARAH ELIZABETH FRARY, petitioner of full age, widow of the deceased.
RUSSEL FRARY directed a suitable headstone or monument for his grave be paid by his executor named. He named his son, MICHAEL MYERS to receive five dollars to buy him a token or memento in memory of him and his full pardon and forgiveness for all undutiful conduct. He named his wife SARAH ELIZABETH. Asked his wife as she revered his memory to be liberal in her dealings with his minor children after his decease. He named his children: BEULAH PERSIS, SARAH GRISWOLD, FREDERICK RUSSEL, HENRY HOBART and MARY ELLEN. Russel named his friend, FRANCIS A. CROSS of Cape Vincent as executor of the will. Will dated 25 July 1855.
