OLIVIA SPINNING, wife of DEMETRIUS SPINNING
COLEMAN HINCKLEY of the Township of Wolfe Island, Canada West
EMELINE GODFREY, wife of WARREN GODFREY of the Township of Hinchenbrook, Canada West
WHITMAN BUSH, both minors having no general guardian in the state, being heirs of ANNABELLE BUSH, deceased daughter of Samuel Hinckley, residing in the Township of Wolfe Island.

SAMUEL HINCKLEY named his wife, MARY HINCKLEY, to have property on Wolfe Island at the ferry. Named his son, COLMAN HINCKLEY; named son-in-law, DEMETRIUS SPINNING. Named his daughters, MARY HITCHCOCK, MINERVA MOSIER, EMMELINE GODFREY and ARBELL BUSH. Appointed GIDEON S. SACKET, FRANCIS A. CROSS both of Cape Vincent as executors.
